Larry M. Dehus, B.S., M.S., CFEI

Larry Dehus founded Law Science Technologies in 1980. His terminal degree is a Masters of Science. Prior to founding LST, he worked for a ten year period at the Miami Valley Regional Crime Laboratory, which is a full service police crime lab. Mr. Dehus specializes in examinations of criminal evidence, and various types of laboratory analysis.

Ben S. Dehus, B.S., CFI, CFEI, HCRI

Ben Dehus joined LST full time in 1998. Mr. Dehus' terminal degree is a Bachelors of Science in Fire & Safety Engineering Technology from Eastern Kentucky University. His concentration under that degree was fire and arson investigation. Mr. Dehus holds certifications from both the International Association of Fire Investigators, and the National Association of Fire Investigators.

Fred lickert

Mr. Lickert’ terminal degree is a Bachelors of Science in Criminal Justice. He is also a graduate of the Dayton Police Academy. Prior to joining LST he served as a Police Officer and Special Accident Detective for the Dayton Police Department for 14 years. He has taught accident reconstruction at the Police Academy and has served as a guest lecturer at the University of Dayton, Miami Valley Hospital, Miami Valley Regional Transit Authority, various fire and rescue departments throughout Ohio, and many local high schools. Mr. Lickert is certified by the Accreditation Commission for Traffic Accident Reconstruction (ACTAR).

DOUG HEARD

Prior to joining Law Science Technologies 10 years ago Mr. Heard was a trooper with the Ohio State Highway Patrol. Mr. Heard is a veteran of over 25 years experience in vehicle crash investigation and law enforcement. He has attended numerous courses from the Ohio State Patrol Academy, Dayton Police Academy, and the Institute of Police Technology in Jacksonville, FL
